The Board of Trustees believes that trustees are entitled to honorarium and compensation for expenses incurred in the performance of their duties. In addition, the board is committed to providing its trustees with support to assist them in attending school board related professional development activities that advance their work as trustees.  

The board expects that the board’s governance budget must be set, monitored and publicly reported as is the case with all division, school and department budgets.
