The Board of Trustees is committed to hearing appeals of parents/guardians or students 16 years of age or older regarding matters that significantly affect the education of that student in accordance with procedures set out in Board Procedures B-150-BP, provided that they have exhausted all prior levels of review at the school level and with the superintendent. This requires that a final decision be made by the superintendent regarding the matter in dispute, prior to the matter being appealed to the board.
