- The board of trustees will be governed by a ‘’Trustee Handbook’ that reflects the principles of natural justice. A copy of this handbook shall be available at division office.
- In any cases not covered by the ’Trustee Handbook’, the board will revert to the use of Roberts Rules of Order.
