D-180: Resolution of Complaints/Concerns Regarding Division Staff

The board of trustees believes that schools and the division will make every reasonable effort to collaboratively resolve complaints/concerns regarding division staff or other stakeholders in an atmosphere of mutual respect.
The board of trustees also believes that complaints regarding staff are best handled and resolved as close to their origin as possible.
Finally, the board of trustees is committed to the use of the Healthy Interactions program as an effective guide to assist staff and stakeholders to work together to resolve differences.
