F-650-AR: Student Insurance Program

  1. A voluntary student accident insurance package will be sent by the finance department to all principals prior to the commencement of the school year.
  2. Principals shall make the voluntary student accident insurance package available to students and their parents/guardians at the commencement of the school year.
  3. The accident insurance package is also available on the division’s website under division
    operations/registration/student accident insurance.
  4. Students and parents/guardians wishing to access this insurance must bear the total cost of the program.
