St. Albert Public Schools has signed a lease agreement with Active Communities to lease approximately 1.6 acres of land between our division office and Paul Kane High School (and in proximity to Outreach High School and Lorne Akins Junior High) to Active Communities, in exchange for the use of the Active Communities' facility during the school day. 

Active Communities is responsible for all construction, ongoing permitting required by the City of St. Albert, the entire cost of construction, and the entire cost of ongoing operations and maintenance.
