AMH CYF
AMH CYF are offering telephone counselling vs face to face supports and we are informing clients of our new way of receiving services. Therapists who are available have been calling clients on their current caseloads to check in and inform of service option. Admin who have canceled appointments due to staff absences are letting clients know of our new service option of telephone support. For routine support, general enquiries to call the clinic they receive services at and a staff will direct their call. For urgent mental health support, call the Children’s Crisis team at 780.407.1000. As well, as we are dealing with staffing absences for a variety of reasons (illness, self-isolation, child care) our ability to have staffing of therapists to support varies per clinic, and changes daily. We have created a plan for staff coverage.
