Human Resources
The Human Resources Department is responsible for coordinating the school-based recruitment, selection, deployment and evaluation of staff. As well, the department administers two collective agreements, and supporting policies and procedures. To view the ATA collective agreement, please click here. The Human Resources Department is also responsible for our district Employee Acceptable Use of Technology Guidelines, a copy of which is available here. Our students and staff are the strength of our district. Staff recognition programs such as the Excellence in Teaching Awards, the Edwin Parr Teacher Award and the Long Service Awards, along with the Employee Assistance Program, are coordinated or supported by the department.
